Please note that we usually only do given names (first names), but we will try your family name if you really want it.
Please include the culture or language origin of your name if it's not a common English name. Also, include some pronunciation hints if your name is unusual.

If you have searched our Chinese and Japanese Calligraphy Dictionary, and did not find the word or title that you were looking for, we'll be happy to add it for you.
Just tell us the word or title you want, and what it means to you (give us your personal definition - this will help us to find the perfect Chinese or Japanese word to match you or your idea).

Please Add My Special Phrase or Title
We'll be happy to translate a simple phrase into Mandarin Chinese for you. One or two sentence phrases are free if you plan to order a custom Chinese calligraphy wall scroll.
Longer phrases, poems, and song lyrics can be translated at a rate of $20 per hour.
Note: Our Chinese translation is "in-house", but if you need a phrase in Japanese, that will be a $20 minimum as we have to pay for our Japanese translator to provide that service.
Feel free to post your phrase for either translation or a price quote for translation here.

I Need a Bible Verse in Chinese Calligraphy
We use the Chinese Union Bible for all of our Chinese translations. This is the standard for most Catholic and Protestant Chinese Christians. It's been around for about 100 years.
There is no charge for looking up your desired verse or verses and offering it as a handmade Chinese calligraphy wall scroll (of course, our goal is that you will buy a wall scroll).

Need Passage From Confucius, Mencius, Laozi (Lao Tzu), etc.
Give us a reference from the Analects of Confucius, Lao Tzu's "Tao Te Ching" (DaodeJing), or another Chinese book of philosophy, and we'll be happy to offer you the original Chinese text as a selection for a custom wall scroll.
Include as much information as possible about the passage you want, so that we can accurately and easily research it for you.

If you have some personal Asian artwork that you would like to sell, feel free to post it here, with images etc.
The story always starts: "My father/grandfather bought this in Japan/Korea just after the war..."
