If you are not DELIGHTED with your artwork when you receive it, simply return it within 30 days.
I will issue a full refund, including shipping and handling.
Your only risk is the cost of postage to return the artwork.
All in-stock (ready-to-ship) artwork may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you prefer, I am also happy to arrange an exchange.
Custom calligraphy wall scrolls are made specifically for you at our workshop near Beijing.
Even so, I still want you to love what you receive.
If your custom scroll is not what you expected, or you simply do not love it once it arrives, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in good condition.
If there is an issue with damage in transit, please see the section below so I can take care of you right away.
Because custom pieces go into production immediately after an order is placed (including commissioning the calligrapher and beginning mounting work), custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please place custom orders only when you are certain and ready to proceed.
If your artwork is damaged in transit or lost by the postal service or carrier, I will replace it and/or issue a refund. Always at my expense.
If your scroll arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the artwork so I can resolve it quickly.
Just enclose a note so I know whether you want an exchange or a refund. Once the return arrives, I will take care of it promptly.
